3:00 in the afternoon is typically the warmest part of the day, right? Wrong!! -19 degrees Fahrenheit is not warm no matter how you look at it. And for the first time in my life I have experienced my nose hairs freezing. Not a comfortable sensation.
4:00 Phoenix just came home from school screaming because his hands were frozen. They really were bright red and like ice. Thank goodness for Hot Chocolate and a gas fire place.

So -19F is like...... 51 degrees below freezing??? Is that right?? Freezing is 32 degrees Farenheit so add 19 to that and you get 51 degrees below freezing??!! Holy cow!
