With no school today there was plenty of time to get those chores done that we've been ignoring. Phoenix thought he was big stuff with this big 'ol shovel. And the porch never looked better.
But when you're done you're done. And in -20 weather, as it was while he shoveled, you get a little cold. So he got wrapped up in 2 blankets and put by the fire while he warmed up.
Really I didn't need the porch shoveled. We never go out there, it's much too cold. But the kids all earned a few extra jobs today due to whining.
