Louisianan Easter
Our wonderful neighbors are originally from Louisiana. Apparently Crawdads are in season around Easter so it's tradition to load up with a HUGE Crawdad Boil. They bought about 75 lbs of Crawdads from some guy who drives them over here for all the LSU folk.
They kindly brought us over 4 dozen or so of these little babies, not even a dent in their 75 lbs. And man, with all those Louisianan Spices those things were tasty, even if my tongue was numb by the time we topped them all off.
