After finishing one members home some Elders moved onto the next house (a non-member) that had many trees down. The owner of the home came out to ask who they were and what the were doing. When he found it was just service, that they expected no payment, and were Mormon Missionaries he smiled and declared he was the Mayor of that town (Katy, TX) and that he would make sure to post something in the morning newspaper regarding these wonderful boys.
Our Ward, alone, already has 8 strong referals for the missionaries. It's so amazing how such a horrible disaster can turn into such a strong blessing.

Looks like you are having some good missionary experiences out there. They are harder to come by here. That would be cool, not that I am asking for a natural disaster mind you.
